1. Contract Formation

• A contract is formed when SolSafaris confirms your booking and receives your deposit.
• By completing a booking, you accept these terms and conditions.

2. Services Included

Included:

• Accommodation as specified in your itinerary.
• Transportation and transfers.
• Meals and beverages (as listed).
• Guided tours and park fees.

Excluded:

• Flights
• Visas
• Personal expenses
• Optional activities

3. Booking & Payment

• A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking.
• The balance is due 35 days before departure.

4. Cancellation Policy

By You:

• 100% refund for cancellations 60 days before trip.
• 50% refund for cancellations 45 days before trip.
• No refund for cancellations made within 35 days.
• Refunds will be credited only to the original payment method.

By Us:

• We reserve the right to modify or cancel a trip if necessary.
• In such cases, we will offer a full refund or an alternative trip.
• No compensation is provided if the customer breaches booking conditions.

5. Health, Safety & Insurance

• Travel insurance covering medical emergencies is mandatory.
• You must disclose any medical conditions or dietary needs.
• We may cancel your trip if valid insurance is not provided.

6. Limitation of Liability

Infrastructure in some regions may not meet European standards. We are not responsible for:

• Third-party actions outside our control.
• Force majeure events (war, unrest, natural disasters, pandemics, etc.).
• Loss of enjoyment or indirect damages.
• Delays caused by transport or weather conditions.

7. Complaints & Issues

• Report issues immediately to your guide during the safari.
• Submit written complaints within 14 days after your trip.
• Failure to report issues on-site may limit our ability to assist.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
